To make a booking (its easy!):
- We give early bird discounts i.e. the sooner you confirm a booking, the cheaper the accommodation costs for you
- A group is 15+ people
- If you are requesting beds for a group of students under 18, you need to let us know at the time of the booking. Failure to do so might result in not being able to check-in. Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (over 18).
- We do not accept group of students under 15 even if they are accompanied by an adult
- Please fill in the form below or phone us on +44 (0)20 7183 9400 to make a provisional booking
- We’ll email you back our availability and prices; putting the request on option if necessary
- You will need to confirm your option, within a certain time period by paying a non-refundable deposit of the first night’s accommodation
- Full & final payment for the booking is normally required 30 days prior to arrival

- There is one designated group leader, who must take full responsibility for the group at all times whilst staying in the Clink
- There is a deposit of £300 to cover any damage or loss. The deposit is to be organized by the group leader upon arrival. You will need to provide a credit card and make sure there is enough funds on your card
- Rooms are ready after 14.30
- Bed linen is free, however if you require towels please arrange in advance for a nominal fee
